Kits Coty can cater for the whole day from ceremony right through to evening celebration. Our Conservatory and its breathtaking views of Kent has been licensed to hold civil marriages for over 6 years now.

We have an ideal Wedding dining facility, the Spectre Room caters for 45-80* wedding guests (*80 in the summer months includes use of adjoining marquee). There is also a covered terrace area exclusively for the wedding party. A total number of around 100 is the maximum to include evening wedding guests. For larger weddings we can discuss hire of the whole venue on Sundays throughout the year.

The Spectre Room Wedding facilty has everything you and your guests need including its own music, toilet facilities, and disabled access for elderly and wheelchair using wedding guests. The room is air conditioned to ensure you and your wedding guests have the most comfortable atmosphere to celebrate the wedding ceremony.

BOOKINGS. DEPOSITS AND CONDITIONS

Provisional bookings are held for fourteen days, after that time if we have not received confirmation the booking will be cancelled.

The venue hire charge is required to hold your booking. This is non refundable.

Weekday   £550 -  Exclusive use all-day.*

Saturday   £550 - Exclusive until 7pm when the Brassiere opens.

Saturday   £1250 - Exclusive use all-day.*

Sunday     £750 - Exclusive use all-day.*

*Exclusive venue hire is dependant on numbers.

For your evening event the door leading directly from the bar will closed, access to the bar will be from the terrace. Children will not be allowed in the bar or brasserie after 7pm and must stay in the private room/marquee or on the top level of the terrace. We reserve the right to fix the number of children attending.

If you have not been in touch with us prior, we will contact you at six weeks before your event to agree your menu, numbers and discuss the seating, etc, once this has been confirmed you will be asked to pay the food element of your bill.
